1. We use Royal Mail for all UK and International deliveries.
2. All UK deliveries other than metal orders which are calculated on weight are sent F.O.C second class standard Royal Mail.
3. International deliveries are calculated based on weight of items ordered and sent International standard Royal Mail.
4. Items will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed.
5. Items will be dispatched in hard back DO NOT BEND envelopes.
6.We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
7.If you do not receive your order within 10 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact Customer Services at  shawprint5587@gmail.com .
8. We will replace lost or damaged orders free of charge.
9. Large volume orders may be subject to a postage discount, please contact us prior to placing your order.
